OMG!

OMG!! HI!!!

I haven't posted up here in sooooooooooooooo long, and with that being said, it would be completely pointless to even attempt to catch you all up on what's happened in the past 7 months. I was reading my last post and I will say that someone did get me those Lil' Wayne tickets...or two someones, lol...and 21's the best age I've ever been, LOL!! Besides 4...and 5...and 7...and 10...and all of those other years that I had no responsibility, LMAO!

Well, I do have good news! I finished the manuscripts for my first two books and the release dates for both are set! There's some technical work to be done, but within the next few months, my premier title will be on sale and I'll officially be a published author! I'm so grateful to God for all of the blessings that He has bestowed upon me. So, so, so, so, truly, truly, truly grateful! Another exciting tidbit of information is that I made it through my first semester of grad school...with a 3.8 GPA! Of course, I'm scheming on a 4.0 this semester, but I'm still elated that I did so well on the last one.

Hair update: the babies are long and getting longer! As of late, I've stopped going to the hairdresser and started retwisting and styling them on my own, and I must say, I'm impressed--both with how much I'm saving and how immaculate they are. Thus far, I've done pipe cleaner curls and I've used some hard rods...I don't know the technical name for them...err cold rods? Idk...but anyways, I really like the hard rods. I think the pipe cleaner curls may turn out better when my hair is a bit longer tho. I've also done a few up-dos and had some crinkles, both of which were fairly enjoyable...

Well, that's all that I can think of. I'll try not to get all famous and forget about my little ole' blog...haha...I kid, I kid!
